Welcome to Comfy Crisis! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, holidays, or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

After your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

Comfy Crisis is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Comfy Crisis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at velaromero.84gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production and fulfillment may already be in progress.

Separate Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment locations.
